The Whitby Coast: Drone Video

(turn on HD settings in bottom right corner of video)

Here’s our drone footage of Whitby, England. While the beaches definitely aren’t the warmest, the spectacular views and dramatic landscape are certainly worth a trip to the northern beaches of England. We took a trip to Whitby, which is just north of Scarborough, where we walked the beach, played penny drops, and ended our day with the best fish and chips England has to offer (so they say). Whitby is the home of the late Captain Cook, a seafaring town split in two by the River Esk. On the East Cliff, overlooking the North Sea, the ruined Gothic Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s “Dracula”.
